For over 20 years, I’ve been on a journey of growth—through setbacks, breakthroughs, and everything in between. I spent 8 years in the military, learning to lead, adapt, and stay grounded in high-stakes environments like Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, and Saudi Arabia. But my path has taken me far beyond that—I’ve traveled to over 40 countries, experiencing different cultures, people, and ways of life that expanded how I see the world.

No matter what the obstacle looked like, one thing stayed consistent: I had control over my mindset. That one truth changed everything. When you realize your thoughts shape your outcomes, the game shifts. Belief becomes the foundation.
