Terms and Conditions for Mentor Mindset
By accessing mentormindset.com or enrolling in mentorship services, agreement to the following terms and conditions is provided.
1. Mentorship Relationship and Expectations
Mentorship is defined as a collaborative relationship based on lived experience and mutual commitment.
- It is understood that I am not a medical professional, licensed therapist, or financial advisor.
- Services provided are for personal development and motivational purposes.
- A commitment to honesty and timely action is expected from the mentee throughout the entire process.
2. Call Structure and Access
Because mentorship is a significant relationship, call parameters are defined as follows:
- Two weekly calls are provided as part of the enrollment.
- These calls are not strictly limited to 60 minutes and may continue for as long as is necessary to address the objectives at hand.
- Due to the considerable time investment required for these sessions, enrollment is strictly limited to 12 individuals at any given time.
3. Health and Wellness Acknowledgement
As part of the mentorship process, aspects of physical health and nutrition may be discussed.
- It is understood that advice regarding the "kitchen" or physical activity is provided to encourage happiness and health.
- This does not constitute a medical prescription or professional fitness plan.
- Consultation with a physician is recommended before making significant changes to diet or exercise routines.
4. Financial Investment and Refund Policy
Investment in this mentorship is required as a demonstration of the obligation to change.
- Fees are collected via secure third party processors.
- Because access to me is limited to 12 spots and a significant amount of time is dedicated to each individual, refunds are generally not provided once the mentorship process has commenced.
- Financial investment serves as a psychological anchor to ensure the work is taken seriously.
5. Code of Conduct
Mentorship is a safe space for growth.
- While direct feedback regarding lifestyle areas (such as being overweight or unmotivated) may be provided, it is never intended to degrade.
- Mutual respect is mandatory. Any behavior deemed abusive or non-compliant with the agreed-upon goals may result in immediate termination of the mentorship without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Participation in Mentor Mindset is voluntary. Agreement is made that I am not held liable for any specific outcomes, or lack thereof, as results are dependent on the individual's dedication and implementation of the discussed strategies.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which I operate.
